Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on a wide range of estate planning matters
· Handle nearly all aspects of estate and trust administration, including the representation of both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate and trust matters
· Design all necessary documents and structures to maximize tax efficiency and minimize risk of disputes

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of experience with estate planning and drafting, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials
