Responsibilities:
· Assist clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals and families, with trusts and estates matters
· Work on gift and estate tax planning, structuring closely-held businesses, and charitable giving strategies
· Draft wills, revocable trusts, family trusts, annual exclusion gift trusts, dynasty trusts, GRATs, and FLP agreements

Required Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of estate planning experience
· Experience with ultra-high net worth clients and asset protection
· Strong customer service/client relationship skills

Location:
Charleston, Charlotte or Atlanta

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $250,000 (plus bonus).
