About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law 100 firm, has an active need for a trusts and estates lawyer to join its Chicago office as a Counsel.
This highly-regarded practice focuses on the trust and estate administration space and serves an impressive roster of private clients, including domestic and international high-net-worth individuals, family-owned businesses, trusts and trustees, personal investment vehicles, other closely held business entities, and family offices.

Responsibilities:
· Represent individuals and families in wealth transfer and estate planning matters
· Assist clients with succession planning and with all aspects of trust and estate administration, including filing estate and gift tax returns and probate petitions
· Draft a variety of sophisticated and personalized estate planning documents

Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of large law firm trusts and estates experience, including estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $300,000 – $450,000.
