Responsibilities:
· Represent clients facing sensitive investigations and prosecutions by state and federal law enforcement and regulatory agencies
· Provide clients with proactive compliance counseling and advise on corporate crises

Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of law firm experience with white collar investigations, criminal and regulatory proceedings, and related civil litigation
· Experience conducting compliance program reviews
· Solid business development plan/contacts and an interest in client development

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $375,000 – $500,000+.
