Amy is a frequent speaker on legal recruiting and market trends and has been selected for inclusion in the Lawdragon Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy and Consulting (2022–2026).
Amy is actively involved in nonprofit and civic organizations in the Chicago area, with a focus on supporting entrepreneurs and early childhood initiatives. She has served in leadership roles with organizations dedicated to these efforts.
From 2004 to 2008, Amy served as an elected Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), the only organization that sets ethical standards for the legal recruiting profession. She also served from 2009 to 2013 as an elected Member of the Board of Education of Oak Park and River Forest High School and previously served as a Board Member and Chair of the Collaboration for Early Childhood in Oak Park.
